GET FIT, GET HEALTHY, GET CONFIDENT!!! 🙋🏼♀️
We are enrolling 30 women for a 12-week programme offering 3 different exercise classes a week.
We want this exercise programme to help you feel Empowered – Be The Best You Can Be – Feel Energized – And Youthful –
We have recruited 3 different female instructors who will take you through this journey, classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7 pm first sessions will start 5th of April 2021 FOR 12 WEEKS.
The first session is a compulsory workshop with DR ME who supports women to feel energized, strong and in control of their life by focusing on health this will be 1 of 3 sessions in your journey and very crucial. This session will start on 1st April at 7-8pm.
The sessions are via Zoom, just join the links provided in each class (below). The classes are from 7pm-8pm. The call will be open from 6.45-7.15pm to allow some room.
To interact with each other, share pictures, share ideas or tips, or even if you are having an “off” day and need inspiration, just go to “Groups” on the Main Menu and make sure you are a member of the “THIS GIRL CAN” group. The whole idea is to support each other and to achieve our goals. ❤️
ABOUT DR ME:
Claire helps people wake up feeling more energized and excited to embrace the day by getting them to focus on improving their whole-body health. She uses the unique DR ME model that interlinks the 4 key areas of health: diet, resilience, mindset and exercise (if you take the first letter of each of these areas it spells the acronym DR ME).
Through group one-to-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and talks Claire passionately delivers her expertise and gives people easy to implement strategies. As a result, clients feel more energized, healthier and stronger in order to live a more enriched life.

Session 1: 1st April at 7.00 ‘ how to lose weight without going on a diet’ talking about all things food related
Session 2: TBC (MAY) how to feel good in your own skin’ / ‘how to be proud to be you’ talking about the importance of sleep and how this impacts the choices we make. Also how to take time to implement self care into your day in order to be the healthiest version of yourself.
Session 3: TBC (JUNE) how to build your self-confidence in order to step into society with pride’
MONDAYS AT 7PM: ROCHELLE – ZUMBA CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR AND SUPER STAR 🤩 – SHE HELPED MANY LOCALS GET FIT DURING THE PANDEMIA WITH HER ENERGETIC ZUMBA CLASSES.
WEDNESDAYS AT 7PM: ANNA MARIA – FITNESS COACH AND FORMER BRITISH CHAMPION – WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH A VARIETY OF FITNESS ACTIVITIES LIKE CIRCUIT, AEROBICS, BODY CONDITIONING, ETC.
THURSDAYS AT 7PM: JESSICA – STRENGTH TRAINING – CARDIO, CORE AND STRETCH – SHE HAS 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FITNESS AND WILL PROVIDE MOTIVATIONAL SESSIONS AND WILL PROVIDE TIPS TO FEEL EMPOWERED AND FEEL YOUR BEST.
