GET FIT, GET HEALTHY, GET CONFIDENT!!! 🙋🏼♀️
We are enrolling 30 women for a 12-week programme offering 3 different exercise classes a week.
The programme will start with a health check and weigh in, a photograph and a small survey to find out where the participants are and their goals, after each class there will be a discussion on self-esteem and how to make the most of yourself. We will bring mentors in to give a talk on different topics such as appearance, confidence and body image.
We are looking for 30 women (to then form 2 groups – one group aimed for moms) to start the 12-week programme in spring – end of April. We will offer different options depending on the COVID regulations: some classes might be held at Sherwood Park Hall with social distancing – we also have amazing space outdoors if needed and some classes can be online.
This will be the first pilot of the program, which we would like to offer for FREE to the community to see if women benefit from this type of activity, build up case studies and promote the achievements we are confident in getting once the 12 weeks are completed.
