What is it and how does it work?

At Sherwood Park Hall, you’re taking part in a special course called:

Early Years Learning Through Play (part of the AQA Unit Award Scheme)

It’s a way to recognise what you learn – even if you’ve never done a qualification before!

You don’t need to sit an exam — just complete tasks and activities in class.

???? What do I get?

You’ll receive a certificate from AQA that shows:

• What you did
• What you learned
• What skills you gained

This can be used on your CV, in college applications, or to show future employers.

????️ What will I be doing?

Over the 12 weeks, you’ll take part in:

• Fun activities (like planning games, learning through play, and helping others)
• Simple written reflections
• Group discussions
• A final mini-project where YOU run a play session!
